"This historic mid-terrace has two bedrooms including a double and a twin, along with a bathroom, a kitchen/diner and a sitting room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and a washing machine and for entertainment there is a Smart TV, WiFi, and a radio. There is also a highchair and travel cot available on request. Outside, you will find a rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking available. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however smoking is not allowed. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. You can find a shop and pub within 0.2 miles. Note: There are steps in and around the garden, please take care. 2 Gateside Cottages is a quaint cottage in a fantastic area for the whole family to enjoy. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
