"The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. There are 3 double bedrooms, along with a bathroom with separate WC. Outside there is a front and side garden with decking and furniture, and off-road parking for one car to the rear. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a pub 0.1 miles away, and Lake Windermere in 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and travel cot available. Bend Or Bump is well-positioned to explore Cumbria as a family. Note: Parking is behind several other properties. Note: The walkway to the property is sloped. Note: There are narrow walkways within the property. Note: The staircase is steep but does have a handrail. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
