Vila Yanko has a lot of fun for summer and winter holidays. The luxurious villa in a modern style, surrounded by rural ambience, offers enjoyment in nature, perfectly combined with the room ambience of the architectural design. The outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful Dalmatian landscape, offers a perfect pleasure for a summer magic. Villa Yanko also includes a garden, which offers relaxing moments for the guests. During their walk, they can pick up fruits and literally enjoy the taste and scents of nature. Enjoy the olive grove, which we are very proud of, and taste the high quality olives as well as the delicious figs, tomatoes and a wide selection of herbs. A view of the untouched nature of the Makarska Riviera and the Biokovo Mountains offers the viewer a visual delight. The pool is equipped with automatic heating so that it can be used even in the winter months and guests can choose the light color of the pool, which gives the night swimming pool a romantic atmosphere. Villa Yanko can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a room with bathroom, hallway, kitchen with all the necessary smart appliances, dining room, living room with large, chic TV and a long dining table that gives a warm and rustic atmosphere. There is a "Rock Corner" in the living room with a guitar and two microphones designed for fun with favorite songs that give guests the chance to test their vocal skills. The house has a beautiful, open gallery overlooking the pool and the sea. Upstairs there are three rooms with removable double beds and each room has a TV, a bathroom with toilet, two sinks, a hydro massage shower and a gallery. From each room you can go to the covered terrace and come to Yanko's pavilion, from where guests can watch the stars overnight or the boats that go to Makarska harbor during the day. The garage has two parking spaces and the door is automatically operated. If guests come with more than two cars, we offer 6 parking spaces in the private car park in front of Villa Yanko. In the courtyard there is a lawn that can serve as a playground next to the pool. As a playground for children; A football field and for various activities that you can imagine with friends and family. For guests who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Biokovo in a more dynamic way, we have ensured the use of bicycles by prior arrangement.
