Detached 3 bed 2 bath villa set in a cul-de-sac in the VillaCosta area of Villamartin. The villa has 3 good size bedrooms, the ground floor bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The 2nd bedroom also has a double bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning and also a private terrace with 2 seater table and chairs. The 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds ceiling fan and air conditioning and also a private terrace with 2 seater table and chairs. On the ground floor you will find a shower room and the large family bathroom is on the first floor. The large lounge area has comfortable sofa´s and TV with UKTV channels and also free internet. The separate kitchen area has everything that you will need to enjoy your stay. The luxury outdoor area has a private pool with seating area, sun loungers and a 6 seater table and chairs. The villa is furnished to a high standard. The villa is a 5 minute walk to nearest bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the nearest large supermarket, you are also a 10-15 minute walk away from La Fuente commercial centre which is a vibrant centre of bars and restaurants. Zenia boulevard is a 10 minute drive away and the beach is a 12 minute drive. There are various golf clubs in the area the closest being Las Ranblas, Campamour and Villamartin which are all a 5 minute drive from the villa. Car hire, airport transfers and baby equipment can be arranged through the management company.Car hire with a difference!
