"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with electric fire and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor double, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a small, enclosed garden with furniture, barbecue, summerhouse and hot tub, as well as roadside parking available, subject to availability. Within 0.4 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Pets are not permitted. Note: There are three steps leading to the bathroom and five steps in the garden, please take care. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am.
