"Orchard Cottage is a superb detached property situated close to the village of Robin Hood's Bay in Yorkshire. It houses two bedrooms, complete with one king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom, sleeping four altogether. Please note: This property has feather pillows and bedding. There is also a family bathroom, complete with a shower over bath, basin and WC. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and a large front lawn garden with furniture. Orchard Cottage promises a tranquil retreat for a family holiday to Yorkshire. Electric cars can be charged at the property but there would be a supplementary charge, information will be at the property and please contact the owner regarding this. Please note: There is a ladder-style staircase up to the 1st floor. This property is not suitable for people with mobility issues. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
