"River Forge is a duplex apartment set over the first, second and third-floors. The living areas include a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms include a king-size, a double with en-suite shower and two twins, served by a shower room and bathroom. To the outside is a balcony, a rear terraced garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 0.7 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, pets and smoking is not tolerated. Escape to River Forge for a wonderful retreat, whatever time of year. Note: Due to the balcony and due to the terraced garden being steep, with steps up to the sitting area, children must be supervised at all times. Note: This apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility due to the number of steps. Note: Situated above a ground-floor apartment."
