These are simple and functionally furnished apartments (CDZ327, CDZ530) just 150 metres from the bus station in the city of Zadar. They are suitable for small families. The apartment has a good balcony overlooking a lawn where there is table tennis and a swing for kids. The plot and the main entrance are shared by the guests, the house owner and another apartment. The Beach of Kolovare with a playground is not too far away.
