This well-located home offers stunning views and fantastic outdoor spaces, including a heated pool and hot tub, and is only a 15-minute drive from the city's Old Town. Villa offers privacy and serenity while being ideally positioned for neighborhood amenities at only 300 meters from the beach. There are many amenities on the terrace, including a lounge space, hammock, covered dining area, kitchen, and TV-equipped bar. Along with a great hot tub from which to take in views of the lovely surroundings, there is a sizable BBQ to keep the food coming all evening. The heated pool and sun terrace with lots of lounge chairs and parasols are in a separate area upstairs.
