Amsterdam - this canal side city is a colourful neighbourhood with unique architecture. Amsterdam welcomes thousands of tourist throughout the year all wanting the Amsterdam experience. Although known to have beautiful bridges, colourful homes, historical monuments and cutting edge artwork, not to mention attractions like Anne Franks Huis and the Van Gogh Museum, the majority of tourists that come here are for the more modernized aspects. Cycling, boat rides are among some of the popular activities. Along with the red light district, cafes, pubs, clubs and restaurants.

Dam Square is a well known location for self catering accommodation in Amsterdam like hostels, apartments and hotels. With excellent access to all local facilities and shops. Amsterdam have a very efficient and cheap public transport system (trams and buses) though if you are staying in the centre, then most places can be reachable on foot. Both day and weekend ticket can be bought which allows you access on both the bus and trams (other tickets can be bought for a longer period of time).

Amsterdam is also great for shopping, with lots of international brands seen on our high streets and of course with some of there own unique stores, also the local market takes place a couple of times a week offering you a variety of unique gifts and souvenirs.
