The HIGH FLOOR is closed and uninhabited during the rental.EXTERIOR: You can enjoy wonderful sea views from the 9x4 pool with Roman, metal stairs and an outdoor shower. There is a covered terrace and a portable barbecue to enjoy delicious meals. There is parking on the same plot for 2 vehicles.LOCATION: This villa is located in an urbanization very close to the sea and to all services ideal to do without the car.
