On the lower floor there is a convenient and independent one-bedroomed apartment, which can be accessed via an internal staircase or via the outside. This apartment features a large kitchen with sitting area and a bathroom with shower as well as a double bedroom. The villa is surrounded by a well kept garden, offering the plus of a big brick-built barbeque. For the safety of the children the pool area is gated. Living Room The living room has: dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and free WIFI. There are sea views from the living room. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
