Accommodation of 65 m², very bright and newly refurbished (Feb 2019) The property is located 20m from Playa de los Lances sand beach. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood next to the sea, next to Café del Mar Beach and Surla Café. The location is excellent, because along the promenade you can reach the Historical Quarter in 10 minutes on foot and do not have the typical summer stresses. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One of 150 cm and another of 135 cm. A bathroom with shower with screen, living room with sofa bed and kitchen equipped with dishwasher and small appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and iron.
