A 20% non-refundable deposit is required on your booking, full payment is required 6 weeks prior to start of rental period. 50% Deposit required for Chrustmas/New Year, Half term & Easter holidays.
£100 cash refundable deposit will be taken by the rental management company on your arrival to allow for excessive damages. This will be refunded by them when you leave the apartment.
