With sea views, a balcony with seating & ocean vistas, & plenty of room, you also have cable television, DVD player, on site wireless internet, coffee machine, toaster, microwave & even hair straighteners (and a hair dryer of course). With a dishwasher, washing machine too, you can be truly comfortable in this lovely holiday home for a few days, a couple of weeks or more.The on site fully equipped gym overlooks the beautiful pool and children have their own pool as well as an outdoor playground. End your evenings sitting on your balcony relaxing with a cool glass of something.
The apartment is tastefully decorated in a light and stylish contemporary style. The open plan living and dining area is uncluttered yet can easily support 5/6-people. The living area furniture is comfortable comprising of sofas, TV, coffee table and various pictures. The layout ensures maximum free space while providing everything you might need. A patio door leads out onto the terrace with views across the sea and the resort. The communal pool is just a few metres from the apartment.
There is a portable BBQ in the utility room in the apartment with coal that can be used.

The closest airport to the resort is Milas-Bodrum International Airport, just 15 minutes by car or taxi. This airport serves the Bodrum peninsula with direct flights between April and November making Bargylia accessible for 7 months of the year.All major tour operators fly into Bodrum including Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Monarch, Pegasus, Thomsons and a host of international and Turkish airlines. Outside of these months, you can get indirect flights via Istanbul. Due to the fact that the resort is located close to a national reserve, flights do not pass directly over the lake which maintains a peaceful tranquillity throughout the year.
Located in Guvercinlik it is ideally situated 15 minutes from the airport and 35 minutes from the centre of enchanting Bodrum with its castle, marina and vibrant social life. The Aegean coast is beautiful, historic and agriculturally rich. The most spectacular of the classical sites are along the Aegean Coast.

****10% discount for bookings of more than 3 weeks.****
Long term and business lets also available.
20% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is to be paid in full 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date. Deposits are refundable in the event of cancellation 4 weeks or more before the start of booking.
If less than 4 weeks notice of cancellation, there will be no refund of deposit unless the apartment is re-let.
Payments in full required for any bookings within 4 weeks of arrival date.
A security deposit of £100.00 is required prior to arrival to cover potential breakages / damage. Providing there are no breakages / damage, this will be returned following departure inspection.
Rates are stated in British Pounds, but payment can be accepted in British Pounds, Euro, US Dollars (at exchange rate agreed at time of booking). Payment may be made via bank transfer / PayPal.
