Wonderful 120m2 Villa in Monte Pego with panoramic sea views and just 10km to the beach. Newly renovated garden with a 8mx4m swimming pool, outdoor shower and a garden with artificial grass and citrics trees. Beside the pool is a bbq area and place to eat in the shade with sea views. There is no place you’d rather be. Once inside the house we find the beautiful and modern living room.
