Details of the Apartment

The apartment sleeps 4 persons, 2 on a double sofa bed in the living room and 2 in bunk beds in the hallway separated by a sliding door. There is also a blow up single bed available to accommodate a child if necessary in the living area. There is a large private car park around the back of the apartment and some additional spaces to the front. Inside there is a fitted kitchen with combination (microwave, oven & grill) hob, fridge, kettle, and dining area with table and chairs and a bathroom with bath, shower over, wash basin and WC. The apartment is furnished with a TV/DVD, radio CD cassette, a cot if required, duvets and pillows are supplied but linen; e.g. sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases & towels are not. There is also a ski locker in the basement of the apartment block.

The price is for the apartment for the week, NOT PER PERSON and fully inclusive of heating, electricity etc.

Morzine is a picturesque old style savoyard town with no high-rise buildings and an unspoilt town centre, which has retained much of its character, charm and strong French flavour with many bars, clubs and a lively après ski scene. The town has many reasonably priced shops and restaurants, which cater for all tastes, from crepes to pizza, and of course traditional French.

Les Cimes is located in Morzine, Haute-Savoie

Morzine can be reached by car from the French seaports then motorway round Geneva and a short drive to the village via Les Gets. If preferred it is also possible to fly to Geneva and hire a car to drive to Morzine (approximately 1 hour). Buses also run from Geneva Airport to Morzine or I can recommend a Taxi company who runs transfers to and from Geneva to Morzine.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Please telephone me on 00351 916 914630 to check that the period you would like is still available. Then send the completed booking form and deposit. Lets run from 15.00 on the Saturday of your arrival (to facilitate cleaning of the apartment) to 10.00 on the Saturday of your departure. I will hold your booking for up to 1 week whilst you make your travel arrangements.

I would ask you to send a non-returnable deposit of 25% with your booking form. The balance to be received by us eight weeks prior to your departure. I will send you the keys to the apartment approximately two weeks before your holiday.
PLEASE ADD TO YOUR FINAL PAYMENT £100 KEY/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT -THIS WILL BE RETURNED WHEN I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT THE APARTMENT HAS BEEN LEFT IN GOOD CONDITION AND ON RECEIPT OF THE APARTMENT KEYS.
