Car parking is available next to the apartment. A beach is just 10 minutes walk away or the beach clubs with all of their activities are just 10 to 20 minutes away by car/taxi or dolmus. The fabulous Korineum Golf Course Country Club is a 30 minute drive away from the apartment.
Ercan Airport is the nearest and is a 30 minute drive away but many people still fly to Larnaca in the South which is a 1 hour and 20 minute drive away. Car hire and airport transfers can be arranged or recommended.
There is a bar and restaurant on the main road opposite the complex entrance. A hotel with waterpark is situated next door. There are many more restaurants and bars within 20 minutes on the way to Kyrenia which is approx 25 minutes away. The local Dolmus can be picked up anywhere along the main road and you will only pay a couple of pounds to travel along this road to Kyrenia.

Discounts may apply at certain periods (eg outside school holidays) and for longer stays (2 weeks or more). Please contact us for a quote as we will offer reduced rates 95% of the time!!!
A non refundable deposit of £50 per week is required at the time of booking. The balance plus a £100 security deposit must be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of your return once your apartment has been checked. Electricity is very expensive in Northern Cyprus and therefore an allowance of £25 per week is included (£30 per week in summer). The meter will be read at the start and end of your holiday.
