The five star Elysium Hotel and Spa is less than a ten minute walk away. There are plenty of things to do in the Paphos area and car hire is not necessary.

Set in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, just off the Tombs of the Kings Road, the Royal Seacrest complex is adjacent to the famous 4th Century BC Tombs of the Kings, UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Local shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, pharmacies, car hire, banks etc are located on the Tombs of the Kings Road, a short 5 minute stroll from the townhouse.
The old town and market of Ktima Pafos is a 20 minute walk, while the harbour area of Kato Paphos, with its many restaurants, bars and shops, promenade and picturesque old fort, is a short bus ride or 25 minute picturesque walk along the sea.
The nearest beach, Kefalos, is a 10 minute walk, while Faros Beach is a 15 minute walk. The best beach in the Paphos region, Coral Bay Beach, is a 10 minute drive or bus journey.
The complex is very well served by a local bus service which runs between the harbour area of Kato Paphos and Coral Bay. Intercity buses to Limassol, Nicosia and Polis are available from Ktima.

Rental
The rental of the property includes electricity, air-conditioning and water usage.
Cleaning Service and Linens / Towels
Cleaning will be carried out prior to arrival. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided – bathroom towels must not be used as beach towels.
Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of £100/€100 per week of the rental period is payable within 3 days of the booking.
Booking and Confirmation
Each booking will be confirmed by the owners as soon as possible after receiving the booking form and the non-refundable booking deposit. Only on receipt of this confirmation by you will the booking be treated as confirmed.
Rental Balance and Refundable Security Deposit
The final balance plus a security deposit of £200/€200 is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full rental is payable at the time of booking. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure pending a satisfactory inspection by our management company.
