Rental Conditions
The property is prepared for on arrival. Beds are made up and towels fo use within the house are provided. The rates quoted are per property.

Bookings require a £100 non returnable deposit to secure the holiday more than 4 weeks prior to start date. 4 Weeks before departure the full amount is due and your £100 deposit then becomes your bond returnable when house is handed back as it was let. A welcome pack can be arranged. We also offer a pick up and return service to airports. Please ask for details. Whilst not essential, a hire car is recommended.
