The home is located directly on the beach and you have the potential to participate in a number of recreational sports, such as surfing, jet skiing, and snorkeling. The nearby hillside offers excellent hiking with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Malibu and Los Angeles host some of the nations most prestigious museums and high-end shopping. Amusement parks are also within close distance.
To reach the beach house from LAX, take the 405 North to the 10 West which turns into the PCH. We are located on the water, after Neptune's Net.
