The pools enjoy full sun all day and are open from April to September. The perfect place for an idyllic holiday! Stunning Wisteria Cottage has a spacious open-plan living area with oak-beamed lounge, wood-burner and grand granite fire-place. There is a well equipped Breton style country kitchen. Wisteria Cottage easily accommodates 10 people - ideal for larger groups. Cots, highchairs, babybath and potties are available on request, free of charge. Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided in the price (not including cot linen and towels). Towels can be provided for an additional charge. The cottages and grounds are continually being upgraded and improved. There is a newly decked pool area with security fencing, internet access and grassed amphitheatre with panoramic views of the garden - the ideal spot to watch the children play and unwind for sundowners! Rental Conditions
Wisteria Cottage Prices are based on up to 10 people.
Changeover Day: Saturday, but negotiable out of high season
Currencies accepted: Pounds Sterling (GBP) and Euro (EUR)
Deposit: Non-refundable deposit of 25% to confirm the booking
Balance of payment: Payable six weeks prior to arrival
Security Deposit: £250/EUR250 per booking due with the balance of the payment.
Winter lets: By arrangement
Short lets: Lets of less than one week by arrangement in low season only
Couples: Discounts available for couples - please enquire

We provide the following for your convenience, free of charge:
Welcome Pack; Essentials to get you started; Cleaning basics; Bedding and Bed Linen (please bring your own baby cot linen as this is not provided); Babies & Toddlers: Cots, highchairs, babybaths, potties, microwave sterilizer & handheld blender, on request ; Bikes:7 adult, 3 child, 1 baby seat ; Golf clubs: 2
Additional services - please can you reserve these in advance of your arrival:
Towels: These can be provided for an additional charge of EUR8 per bale per week - a bale comprises of a bath towel, hand towel and a towel for the beach or pool - payable locally on arrival. .
Final Cleaning Service: If you consider that you do not have the time or do not wish to clean the cottage before you depart, we offer a final cleaning service for EUR50 per cottage, payable locally on arrival.
