Details of the House

Nine Malthouse Court is a cosy,modern,comfortable,well equipped mid terrace home from home with full oil fired central heating and double glazing available for holiday renting on the north Norfolk coast.

The accomodation comprises a well equipped kitchen offering a dish washer, washing machine, microwave, full oven and fridge freezer, (with a second freezer in the garage). There is a good selection of cooking equipment, including a steamer and toaster with ample other cooking equipment and serving dishes.

The large well lit lounge/diner has ample seating for six and has a television with Sky channels, DVD player and a broadband internet connection. The dining table seats six and has matching linen and crockery. Heating for the whole cottage is a full oil fired central heating system making the cottage very warm and comfortable for those odd cooler days.
There is a downstairs toilet with wash hand basin and a large cloak cupboard with ample storage for coats,shoes and everyday items.

Upstairs there are three attractively decorated bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a smaller room with a bunk bed. There is ample wardrobe space and drawers for storage. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath and has storage for personal items.

Outside the cottage there is a garage for storage of larger items such as golf clubs, buggies or bikes. There is an attractive private paved garden with patio furniture.

Thornham and the surrounding area of north west Norfolk has a wealth of variety for a coastal holiday. Thornham is a pretty coastal village six miles from Hunstanton, twenty miles from Kings Lynn and four miles from Brancaster. The village can boast a very high quality village shop and tea room called The Village Deli Thornham.

The Lifeboat Inn and The Coach House are popular meeting and dining pubs. The Orange Tree is a stylish contempory gastropub and has been voted in the top twenty of all dining pubs in the UK by Eat Out magazine (May 2009) and British Seafood Chef of the Year 2010, Philp Milner (Head Chef).

Bird watching, beaches, golf for serious players at Old Hunstanton and Brancaster links courses, horse riding, rambling, walking the famous North Norfolk Coast Path and Peddars Way (site of roman road) are all within minutes of number nine. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Booking Conditions

1. Contract of hire becomes effective once the owner has received full and final payment and has sent writtenconfirmation to the hirer. Booking cannot be made by persons under the age of eighteen.
2. Terms stated are per week unless otherwise agreed after consultation with the owner.
3. A deposit of twenty five percent is required to reserve the property and the balance must be paid no later than eight weeks prior to the start of the holiday. If full balance is not paid on time the owner reserves the right to cancel the holiday booking ans retain the twenty five percent already paid. Bookings made less than eight weeks before the start of the holiday must be paid in full at time of booking.
4. The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking.
5. The holiday rental price includes all charges for electricity, water, oil, Sky television and broadband.
6. The owner reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements made for you whether before of during your visit arising from circumstances beyond the owner�s reasonable control.
7. The owner will not be liable for any damage or injury caused by the persons renting the property if they attempt to interfere with the workings of any equipment provided in the property.
8. No more than six people to be resident in the property. The accommodation shall be for family use only, not for youth groups or other groups or student parties. Sleeping in caravans and motor vehicles adjacent to the property is not p
