Our newly refurbished home has a lovely living room with sitting for the whole family. This room is equipped witha 32" flat screen tv with DVD and VCR. Directly off the living room are the sliding doors leading to your own private splash pool and lanai. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or to relax after the kids are tucked in. The lanai overlook the quiet,conservation area and the door opens to the resort's nature trail. The lanai is equipped with a table and plenty of chairs. For added safety of small children we provide a removable safety fence and all doors leading to the deck have additional locks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will need (and more) Refrigerator (with ice maker) stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, tea kettle. We have supplied lots of pots and pans, baking utensils, tea pot, dishes and cutlery for the whole family and also unbreakable dishes and wine glasses for use in our pool area.

Our home has 3 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Bedroom one downstairs contains a Queen bed and is suitable for those who have a hard time with stairs. Bedroom two has a King bed and overlooks the conservation area. Bedroom three has two twin beds and is decorated with a Disney theme that will appeal to adults and children. All bedrooms have their own cable t.v. and ceiling mounted fans,. Carpet free bedrooms

Each bedroom has a ensuite. All ensuites have hair dryers. The bathroom in the King master suite upstairs has a garden tub for relaxing in after a hard day at the parks.

Rental Conditions
13% Florida tax is added to nightly rate
Security deposit is required and will be returned within 14 days if no damage is done to house or property. We also offer a non refundable accidental damage insurance for $55.00 in lieu of security deposit.
$85.00 cleaning charge on stays less than 5 nights
Optional pool heat is available at $8.00-$12.00 per night (depending on time of year)
$350.00 deposit is required to hold property.
