Regal Palms is just off the I27 which is ideal for all your Disney trips and a direct route from either Orlando or Sanford Airport. We would of course supply you with full directions from the airport to our Home. Close to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Epcot Centre, Blizzard Beach, Legoland and of course Magic Kingdom. Within an hour’s drive you can easily visit the beautiful Florida coast.

Regal Palms Report & Spa is Located in Davenport , Orlando just a 20 minute drive to Disney's Magic Kingdom and surrounding attractions and within a 25 minute drive to Universal Studios, SeaWorld and Aquatica. It is within minutes from the newly opened Legoland.
Regal Palms is a private Gated resort which can only be entered via the use of electronic key cards, all facilities on Regal Palms are solely for residents use only.
Regal Palms offers excellent facilities for the 'down time' between all your 'park hopping' boasting a 2 acre Waterpark (opening times 8am-11pm) consisting of two large tropical pools, lazy river & waterslide surrounded by sunbeds to relax and top up your tan whilst enjoying a drink from the poolside Tiki bar. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and those in between snacks! There is also a children's play area, Games Room, Internet Room, gift shop & volleyball court. Within a 5 minute walk from the Complex you will find the Highland Reserve Golf Club.
A Publix supermarket, bank and chemist are within walking distance from the resort. A Wal-Mart Superstore is located less than 5 miles away from the resort.
Additionally, a multitude of restaurants including, Applebee’s, Burger King, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Denny's, Cracker Barrel, Italian and Japanese restaurants are all a very short drive away.
Rental Conditions
We have children of our own and know how holiday prices rise considerably over the School Holidays. We have taken this into account with our pricing which we hope you will find acceptable.
PRICING STRUCTURE
£375.00 PER 7 NIGHT STAY ANYTIME OF THE YEAR
Rates INCLUDE a $11.95 a day Resort Fee charged per townhouse at the resort.
Rates INCLUDE Florida County and State Tax of 12%
Quinn Villas is also available for daily, weekly, long weekend and monthly rentals. (Minimum stay of 3 nights)
A $95 Cleaning Fee is INCLUDED with stays of 7 nights or longer.
There will be an additional cleaning charge of £60.00 or $95 if your stay is under 7 nights.
Additional Information about Quinn Villas rental rates:
All bookings will require a £200.00 or $250.00 security deposit added to the final invoice. This amount will be refunded within 30 days of your departure from our home as long as no damage has been reported by our Management Company.
Payment Options
We prefer payment by bank cheque or internet banking transfer in either UK£ or US$.
We can also take payments via PayPal (4% surcharge).
A downpayment of 25% of booking must accompany bookings, which is non-refundable. Upon clearance of the payment, the booking is confirmed.
The balance must be paid six weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a refundable Security Deposit of £200 / $250
