Also within a few minutes drive are the spectacular Sea Caves and the tiny fishing harbour of Agios Georgios. In both Coral Bay and Peyia you will find shops, tavernas, restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets and from Peyia you have easy access to Polis & the fishing village of Latchi where there is a marina and great fish restaurants.

For golfers you are within a short drive from no less than 3 World Class golf courses plus a driving range only ten minutes away Believe it or not you may even ski in Cyprus!

Blackout roller blinds are fitted to help keep cool for a really good night's sleep and to avoid the brilliant early morning sunshine bursting through.

Rental Conditions


A deposit of 30% of the price of the property is payable at the time of booking. The balance of your holiday as shown on the Confirmation Receipt must be paid in full at least 8 weeks before arrival date, or where the booking takes place less than 8 weeks prior to arrival the full amount is due immediately, plus standard refundable security deposit.
Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or cheque (extra time is needed for funds to clear if payment is made by cheque)
Excessive use of electric can be deemed as chargeable, we ask all guests to be respectful and switch of all A/C units when not required.
