Details of the Villa

The spacious family villa has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor and has an en-suite bathroom. French doors open out onto its own private roof terrace, which has the sun all day long. At the top of the stairs is a door, which leads out onto another huge roof terrace with commanding views over the adjacent orange groves, wooded hills and mountains. The remaining 4 bedrooms are all situated on the ground floor leading off from a small hall. Three of the bedrooms have twin beds and one has a double bed. A large bathroom with toilet, bidet and double washbasins is also located here. There is a fully equipped brand-new modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and dining area. This leads to the spacious living room which has a feature log burner fireplace. There are french doors opening out onto the front terrace which has a large marble table for 'al fresco' dinning, this terrace overlooks the pond with an arbour of sweet smelling jasmine. A wonderful setting for eating!
We have provided many 'extras' such as toys, games and lots of videos, blow ups for the pool and table tennis.

The heart of the Villa is a comfortable, spacious lounge/dining room with feature log burner, Satellite TV, video player (with many videos) and music centre. French doors lead out to the large terrace with a marble table for ‘al fresco’ dining with a view of the lilly pond and fountain. This area is particularly romantic in the evening, when illuminated by lanterns hanging in a tunnel of sweet smelling jasmin.

The other four bedrooms (1 double, 3 twins) are located off a small hall on the ground floor.

Villa Emesila is located in Crestatx, Pollenca/Pollensa

Car hire is essential. The villa is forty five minutes drive from Palma airport. Flights and car hire information is available on request.
The villa is located in a quiet area, but its situation provides easy access to the delightful bays of north Mallorca. By car it is 5 minutes from the Pollensa Golf Course, 10 minutes from Pollensa old town and 15 minutes from the beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Cala St Vincente and Alcudia. For those who want to experience an authentic Mallorcan town, Sa Pobla is just 5 minutes away.

The property is surrounded by beautiful mountains and this northern part of mallorca is suberb walking country. It is also popular with keen cyclists and birdwatchers, who visit the Albufera Nature Reserve nearby.

There is much to see and enjoy in Mallorca, so much that a lifetime spent on this beautiful island is not sufficient. Puerto Pollensa, set in a splendid horseshoe bay with a tree lined sea-front and white sands, has a very relaxed atmosphere.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

All agreements are between the owners and the party leader named on the booking form (The Client).
The basis of this agreement is that it is NOT A PACKAGE HOLIDAY.
It is merely an undertaking by the owners to allow the visiting party, listed on the booking form, to occupy the property and to use its facilities for the dates requested, subject to availability.

The owners agree to reserve the villa for the dates requested (subject to availability) on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental charge. The final balance, plus £100 equipment /damage deposit, shall be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure, at which stage the keys to the entrance gate and front door will be forwarded.

The owners will retain the cost of any breakage, loss or damage caused by the client and the balance of the equipment deposit repaid, on receipt of the returned keys.

The client agrees that comprehensive holiday insurance cover for cancellation, medical treatment, personal injury and death shall be taken out for all members of the party named on the booking form and that no claim will be made against the owners with respect to loss of personal property, injury or death of any member of the party, however caused.

Note: Holiday insurance can be obtained from most banks, insurance companies, and airline operators. This is not a package holiday and no insurances are in place for you within the cost of the villa rental. No claims will be entertained by the owners.
