Rental Conditions
For any periods other than weekly or fortnightly please contact me so I can inform you of rates and availability.
To secure a booking we require a 30% deposit immediately when making the booking and a refundable security deposit of £200GB pounds is payable on your final balance. This is to cover breakages, damages or cancellation. This will be refunded once the property has been cleaned and found to be without damage. The final balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeover day is flexible
Check in times are 15.00 hours and check out time is 10.00 am, unless prior arrangements have been made.
