This is the unique Etara apartment complex in the picturesque coastal town of St Vlas.

It is located on the front line of St Vlas coastline, close to the new boat marina. It's design replicates the Bulgarian traditional style of architecture, that is found in historic Bulgarian towns such as Etara, (of which it is named after), with it's famous open air museum. This holiday apartment complex, with it's modern facilities complements the local history and culture of the region, and creates a truly unique holiday experience.

Etara complex has two separate swimming pools, a restaurant, fitness/gym room with equipment, supermarket, and secure parking.
The recently built high class boat marina, with its range of attractions, restaurants and bars is an ideal place to relax, and provides a variety of boat trips and pleasure cruises for low prices. Sunny Beach is only 4 km down the road, and there are regular mini bus shuttle trips available from Etara 2. The Unesco heritage site of Old Nessebar is 7km by road, or you can also travel there by the regular boat service from the marina.

Victoria Spa Centre is situated close by on the beach and behind the marina it was one of the finalists of the 2013 World Spa & Wellness Awards.

Garden of Eden complex (next door) compliments the class and style of the area, but also helps to provide many additional amenities of other restaurants and services.

There is cable TV, and internet can be provided. There is a sofa bed that can sleep two people.
I have bought a new thick sofa bed mattess that can be used in addition to the one that's already there to provide extra comfort. There is a good view out to the front through the patio windows. The door slides back to give access to the high front balcony that overlooks Etara complex and view of the sea.

The old town of St Vlas is an ideal base to explore the busy region and tourism hub of Bulgaria, ( Sunny Beach ), yet escape back 4km North to the more tranquil St Vlas enviroment. There are many restaurants and coffee shops/ bars to choose from. St Vlas, and has an attractive town square, and local shops.


About The Apartment
The 1 bedroom Penthouse apartment is situated on the top floor (4th), of house number two on the Etara 2 complex, in St Vlas. It's positioned approx 100m down the path from reception towards Etara1. It has two balconies, one with sea view, the other looks back over the center of Etara 2, towards the Stara Planina hills behind.

Access to the apartment is by stairs only, as there is no lift within the house.

This penthouse apartment provides self catering holiday accommodation, and has a total area of 65m2.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

30% Non refundable deposit to be made within 5 days of reserved period.

Remaining 70% can be paid 6 weeks before arrival..

I have the right to inspect the premises at short notice, if required.

No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises.

Tenant shall not sublet the property.

Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, carefull and lawful manner. Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs should there be any damage/repair/missing items. The cost of this would be deducted from the security deposit.

Tenants waive all rights to stay if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period.

Tenants and any Guests shall indemnify and hold harmless Sean Collins against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants should purchase their own insurance to cover themselves.

If the Tenants experience outages of no water, or electricity blackout beyond control for any period of time no refunds or compensation will be returned.

There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of either weather conditions or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments.

Tenant’s responsibility to follow safety precautions, around or in the pools. Tenant agrees be a responsible adult supervising minors while they swim. Tenant accepts fully the risk involved.
