Cozy and newly renovated studio with amazing views of the sea from the private balcony and the shared terrace (only shared with the community of the building - not open to the public). Located in Torremolinos on the beachfront, a building built into the rocks with an incredible 180º view of the sea! The studio has been renovated in the spring of 2019. The very large swimming pool is open from 01/05 - 15/09. We warn that the opening hours of the pool may vary, so always check with us before. If you are traveling with children there is a cot and a highchair available (request before arrival, included in the price), the perimeter of the common areas are fenced with high fences and there is a special swimming pool for children. The distribution of the study is very simple and functional. Living room with double bed and sofa bed. It also has a table and chair for four people inside the living room and a very functional kitchen that hides behind sliding doors. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave, crockery and cutlery, kettle, juicer, coffeemaker and toaster. There is also a washing machine and an iron available. The location is excellent with a perfect connection to the promenade of Torremolinos and the beach, and all the bars and restaurants that are located on it. The 3rd and 4th places have a supplement and will be located in a comfortable sofa bed. Parking place available (please request before).
