"Tarquol Cottage is a single-storey barn conversion housing an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and DVD player. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, served by a bathroom. Outside there is a shared lawn with furniture, childrenÔÇÖs play area and football nets, a shared indoor swimming pool and off-road parking for two cars. Within 4.6 miles there is a shop and within 2.1 miles there is a pub, and please note, two dogs are welcome but sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. All this and more awaits at Tarquol Cottage. Note: The pool is 7m x 3m. Note: No stag/hen parties or similar. Note: Small charge for use of washing machine. Note: Owner is happy to escort younger children to feed hens and rescue horses."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
