Rental Conditions
- Absolutely NO pets and NO Smoking.
- Rental fees does not include a fully refundable breakage deposit of $150 to $500 dependent on the length of stay.
- Rental fees includes all utilities: Water, electricity, gas, phone, Cable. Internet, waste Management, lawn maintenance and snow removal.
- Rental fee includes all cleaning/setup charges prior to arrival and after departure. Does not include any cleaning during the stay. Phone number for cleaning service will be made available
- Owner not responsible for any injury, mishap or death sustained by the tenant on and off the property or while operating any equipment supplied during the entire rental period.
- Owner responsible for all wear and tear.
- In order to book the property 30% of the rental fee is due at booking time, the second 30% within 45 days of arrival and the remainder 40% plus deposit 15 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival then 50% is due at booking time and the remainder 50% plus deposit 15 days prior to arrival. For less than 45 days the entire sum is due at booking time.
- All payments are made by check or wire transfer. No credits card are accepted.
