Our Veysonnaz is perched in the Centre of Veysonnaz station, 6 minutes walk to the high speed gondola which will take you to 2200m and directly into all the exciting 4 valleys region has to offer. Our Veysonnaz is 1 minute walk to the Butchers, bakery, supermarket, bars and restaurants and you can still sit on the balcony and listen to the silence. Away from the crowds and the queues but within the vast 4 Valleys region. We are in the centre of the station, just below the main street. Our apartment is in a small building and is "in the roof”. It takes us just 6 mins to walk to the high speed gondola and 1 Minute to get to the Butchers, the bakery ,the supermarket and the swimming pool.
The apartment is well equipped with cable TV, DVD player and a real fire, perfect for those family nights in. There are 2 sunny balconys each with great views ,1 at the back,with mountain views, which is bathed in sun from 9.30 am until 12 and one at the front, with one of the best views in Switzerland, which has the sun from 1pm until it sets.
It is unusual for an apartment to have mountain views from both balconys.

Veysonnaz is a mountain village typical of the Valais canton,
situated on a slope above Sion, with beautiful views over the
Rhone valley and to the Bernese Alps. The hiking area extends
right up to the high peaks of the Valais Alps. In winter, Veysonnaz
forms part of the "Four Valleys" skiing area, with over 400 km
of prepared slopes and has a superb ski school for all abilities.
The unspoilt family village of Veysonnaz is situated at 1400metres,
high above the Rhone valley. Perched on the mountainside it offers
panoramic views of the Rhone valley and surrounding mountains.
Veysonnaz combines a modern tourist infrastructure with its
original village features and the authentic way of life of the
upland and alpine economy. Taking the cows up the mountain
in June and the (bloodless) cow fights between the naturally
combative Eringer (Hérens) cows of the Valais are traditions
that are still alive and well here.
