Rental Conditions
Week bookings usually start on a Friday (7 nights). Weekend bookings are from Friday to Monday (3 nights). Midweek bookings are from Monday to Friday (4 nights). We are flexible if any other combinations required.
A 30% deposit is required to secure any booking with the balance to be paid in full, 6 calendar weeks prior to your stay. Please note that any damages incurred will be charged to the guest and deducted from their credit/debit card
